I have sent an email to SAP education India and they replied back too (pretty fast ). However they had asked me to provide my certification details and employer details as S-User id is associated with employer. Also SAP Business Objects Person said that, for independent consultants they will create the SAP User Id based on request and by evaluating complete profile of the consultant.
Well I am expecting the SAP User Id soon, as soon as I get my SAP User id for SAP Business Objects Certification I will write an certification exam.

Kind of different here. On finishing level 1 I m supposed to take level 2 today May 4th. Yesterday I’m informed the exam is cancelled. Waiting for the Suser ID. Would Share more on any updates.

yeah, now I guess you will have to go for new exam as per SAP certifications.
